Tony’s background includes senior roles across retail, local government, commercial and education-linked environments, with responsibility for complex network infrastructure, cyber security, vulnerability management, supplier oversight and technical project delivery.
His career has included supporting everything from day-to-day operations through to larger-scale network and security projects, giving him a broad and practical understanding of the challenges organisations and individuals face. His experience includes senior roles in organisations such as Clarks, Debenhams, North Somerset Council and Teleperformance, alongside Cyber Essentials assessor experience and many years of hands-on technical support.

What sets Tony apart is not just his technical experience, but the way he works with people. He is calm, approachable and focused on making things easier, not more complicated. He understands that not everyone wants technology explained in technical terms, so he takes the time to listen, explain things clearly and offer practical advice that makes sense.
For many clients, that reassurance is just as important as the technical fix itself.
Tony started this business because he genuinely enjoys helping people. Over the years, he has seen how often people and small businesses are left feeling overwhelmed by technology, confused by jargon or unsure who to trust.
He wanted to offer a more personal, straightforward service, one built on experience, honesty and a real desire to help people feel more confident and supported.
That means providing reliable advice, practical solutions and a service that feels approachable from the very first conversation.
“The aim is simple. To provide trusted, practical support and make technology feel easier to manage.”
