All services are delivered with reasonable care and skill in line with standard UK practices.
Quotes and Pricing
Services may be charged on an hourly basis or as a fixed project fee.
All quotes are based on the information available at the time.
If additional work is required outside the agreed scope, this will be discussed and agreed before proceeding.
Payment Terms
- Payment methods include bank transfer, cash, card (via mobile payment) and Stripe.
- Payment terms will be agreed in advance of work commencing.
- We reserve the right to request full or partial payment upfront for certain services.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
- We ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to booked work.
- Where insufficient notice is given, we reserve the right to charge for time allocated.
Refunds
- Due to the nature of IT services, no refunds are offered once work has been completed.
- If there is an issue with the service provided, we will always aim to resolve it promptly and fairly.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information about their systems and requirements
- Ensure access to equipment, systems or premises as needed
- Maintain appropriate backups of all data
Limitation of Liability
- While every effort is made to deliver services to a high standard
- We are not liable for any loss of data, business interruption or indirect or consequential losses
- Clients are responsible for ensuring their data is backed up
- Our total liability is limited to the value of the services provided
